FEATURED EMPLOYEES
Ed Bishop
is a Medical Workers Comp Collection Specialist in a Dallas Rehabilitation
Facility which takes patients through simulated work structures. Ed's background
consists of workers comp neurosurgery as a medical/legal liaison for peer review
and depositions as well as other medical billing and collection positions in the
Dallas area. Ed's education was through the Denver Technical College where
he majored in Medical Office Administration and the American Institute of
Commerce where he received a diploma in Business Accounting/Medical. Ed's
supervisor, Judy, recently called us to give us excellent reviews about
him. She called to authorize Ed to be paid for a holiday for which he had
not quite qualified. "We really, really do like him. He keeps
us happy. He is very efficient and well-organized. He is always
there and cheerful. It is a pleasure to work with Ed." Judy
also stated that Ed would become a full time employee of this rehabilitation
facility, and that he would be welcome to stay for many, many years. We
are happy to have matched Ed and Judy. Best wishes your way, Ed!
Jose Rivera,

service for patient accounts. His education was through Texas Careers in
Laredo, Texas, where he received a Medical Office Certificate. He has a wife in
Oklahoma who will be moving to Dallas soon. Welcome Ms. Rivera. We
appreciate him very much because he calls in each morning to let us know he is
at work. His goal is to be a Medical Office Manager. He is on the right
track! Congratulations Jose!
Success Stories
Many of our applicants and our clients have taken the time to tell us just
how pleased they've been with our service, our attention to their specific
needs, and our commitment to matching the right person to the right placement.
We've included some of those success stories on this page and we hope you enjoy
reading them as much as we did receiving them.
The Interview Process
Dear Jean,
It was good to hear laughter this afternoon in
your office. It let me know that (as I completed the Cn forms), you
use an "upswing" approach to meeting your end-of-day time crunches,
while still professionally covering phone calls, and next day planning. (It
boosted my mood.)
"Thank you" for the welcoming
look of your lobby, and "can do" feeling that isn't as visible as
the employee photos on your walls, yet leaves just as lasting an impression.
Peace --- P. C.
Placement
August 14, 2000
Dear B. C.,
"Thank you" for the care and
consideration you've shown (earlier this evening) in making the application
process move along so smoothly, that I look forward, with enthusiasm, to
representing CnStaffing & drawing new clients to you by attraction, rather
than promotion! I'm determined to do whatever I can to help Cn grow.
I am pleased to refer (blanked
out) to you and "Mrs. B. C." for
your consideration,
Peace -- P. C.
Impressions
September 20, 2000
Dear CnStaffing,
I was introduced to Jean,
who was a great assistant with the testing. Her explanation of everything was
very helpful and made testing easier for all of the people coming in to apply
for work with the company. She is a great asset to your office. I am very
committed to working and improving my skills as a medical transcriptionist and
hope that I will get to work with your company and progress into a full-time
permanent job.

APPRECIATION
March 27, 2001
Dear Chuck,
I'm
sending this card to you as reinforcement for Grace -- she's a caring,
knowledgeable nurse who is appreciated by everyone here. You are lucky to
have her and we thank you for sharing her with Chambrel.

Dear
Grace,
Last
Saturday night I passed out in the club house playing Bingo. I was very
lucky that you took charge and gave me such good treatment. I am very
grateful to you and want you to know I appreciate it.
Again, thank you, VL
Dear CnStaffing,
My
daughter, Kathryn's application was faxed to you last week. She
interviewed Monday. Thanks for your help.
